Three months Airbnb booking

I have four girls that requested to book my Airbnb for 3 months for their first semester of college.

They submitted their booking through the Airbnb app, but I am wondering if I should do some more due diligence like getting an additional contract signed by each person. Does anybody have any experience with longer-term Airbnb bookings?
