I have 12 acres of forest and was considering building 1 or 2 treehouse rentals.  

Hi everyone, I am looking at getting into the section 8 rental market as a foreign investor, what are the "best" states to invest in, in terms of cash flow and actually working with the city to cooperate and pass inspections.Is there anyone on here who could point me into the right direction of anyone that has done this, or the best way to go about doing this?

To give you a background, I have a property in Maple Valley City in Washington state with a clear title paid off for land.

In addition to Realtor.ca (ICX.ca, MLS.ca), you can also search Kijiji for the city/region in which you are interested,

Henderson City offered a low 3.5% interest loan for redevelopment.

You will have to give them proper notice AND I am unaware of any city or state that allows you to change the lock on a residential tenant.

But be sure to consult with the city for their local guidelines. 

He wants to move further out, away from the city. 

If you're in Frisco or any nearby Texas city, and are willing to accept an intern to mentor who'd be willing to show me the ropes, please do...At this point finding a mentor in the summer (anytime without school) would be my best card at the moment.
