We found this property had good bones and bad pictures on Zillow.

Boulder is considering going the other direction and doubling the current limit of non-related tenants from 4 to 8 for some properties.

Mike - no experience working with them but I did hear that HF's don't purchase real estate via assignments or double closes.

Insurance has doubled, mine included.

@Erwin Groenendijk, you are correct but Americans should be able to credit their taxes paid in Spain against their equivalent US taxes courtesy of the treaty for the avoidance of double taxation between the two countries.
