It lets you walk through a property on a mobile device, select areas that need work, and then input the cost and send out the contracts to your contractors.

Those guys can then view their individual workorder lists from their mobile devices.

So I have this older house, bought as a student rental for my own son and his buddy/roommates, all of whom have lots of electronic devices (computers, laptops, xBoxes, projectors, phone chargers, etc etc).  

Anybody have any luck with a second line on their cell phone?  

And 100 sq ft is really a 10x10 jail cell.

I'd have to double check if my name is on all those checks though.I have not paid any cell phone / utility bills a year (6 month comcast bill from 2016, can't find my 2013 data).3) I'm looking to buy a property in just a couple months so this won't help now, but for the future: I currently live at home, I pay rent in cash with no lease.
