Use the search feature in the upper right corner of the page.

After you get the value, you can adjust the valueby adding features that have been updated/upgraded,side rooms, patio, porch, carport, etc.

The cheapest "flip" jobs I've seen and are usually in bad areas or have very difficult features to get around (unsightly neighboring houses, weird additions, next to busy roads).

I have reached out to some members that I found via the search feature but haven't received many replys. 

You can message your tenants through the app about rent, maintenance, or whatever else.The best part is that Roof actually has a ton of features for your tenants to use with their roommates—expense splitting, managing household chores, etc.

,Since you're a Plus/Pro member, try using the  Network feature.

They also come with some handy features like automatic late fees and the ability to refuse partial payments (useful if you're in a state where a tenant can halt eviction proceedings by paying you any amount of the rent owed). 

It might be missing some features, but you'll be able to influence development to better fit your needs.
