I know it might seem unusual for a person my age to be interested in this, but I would rather be an investor/entrepreneur than the average 9-5 job that most people have.

People often walk away when there's a mortgage you are left to deal with, but it's unusual for someone to walk away from a free and clear property unless it's a "tear down" in a "war zone."

You might find an investor that would let you take living expenses, but that would be very, very unusual.

Even corporations asking for cash, although unusual, isn't really an issue.

@Kris Benson I wouldn't say that you can't get a better deal, but these terms don't look too unusual to me.
