Can you tow non tenant vehicles after a certain hour?

Or is there another vehicle that I'm not thinking off.

@Dusty Lewis If it's just the mobile home itself as "personal property" (not attached to land), then it's kind of like a contract to buy a vehicle as personal property.

I currently rent a garage in CT to work on my own vehicles and occasionaly friends and family's cars.

The reason I'm researching this avenue is despite saving for 5-10 years via conventional retirement vehicles, I've come to the conclusion that without some further active action by myself I won't be able to live the same lifestyle I currently live in retirement.

I'm just starting out with market analysis and property analysis for small multi as a first cashflow investment vehicle.

Real Estate is the only investment vehicle in which you can use OPM to recover most, if not all of your initial investment capital and put it back to work. 

RE is a longterm investment vehicle.

@Bryan Charles, if they're leaving the vehicles there, ask if they have title to them.
