When people are looking for a niche to start out with, I tell them it's best to pick something and stick with it for a good 6 months to 1 year before switching to something else. 

Getting mattresses, couches and other large items picked up is expensive.If you caulked holes from the tv installation, it sounds like the patches were done incorrectly and will need to be redone.

Now, I would pick my battle and perhaps find a win win for this, but this is a win and a loss for everyone else. 

Just pick the forum you think is closest -- people will see it.

Pick a market that fits your investing goals, then build your team (investor friendly agent, lender, PM, contractors, etc). 

Key is to pick an area that you’re interested in.

I picked them up yesterday and they amended 2023 but not 2022.  

if your immediate area is too expensive, i'd pick a couple markets between 1 and 3 hours away, learn them, go to meetups, look at properties, get connected, research strategies, walk them, narrow down to 1, repeat, etc.and if that sounds like it's too time consuming or something you're not interested in... no worries. 

I am likely thinking about picking up a property in Dubai next year possibly.
