SEO is best bang for your buck no matter how you spin it.The downside on SEO is that it takes time.So the best strategy is getting a website, make it absolutely credible, then drive paid traffic to it for instant returns.

Do a search for "Forced Traffic And Conversion Strategy".And you will see ;)

Facebook, Instagram and Tik tok are good ways to push traffic sources to reach outside markets. 

I personally haven't used it, but plan to now that I've got more traffic going through my places.  

What if it's a great house, but it's a block behind the railway or at a stoplight intersection so heavy car traffic getting in/out of the house.

I've read posts on here that said if you don't get much high caliber traffic within two weeks that's typically a sign that your price is too high, so that's what had me thinking that way.

By driving street to street, neighborhood to neighborhood, you get a good sense and idea of what is going on in that area, which are the bad streets and which are the good ones, which have heavy traffic and which do not, which have more run down homes and which do not.

Impatience isn't the answer. 

Don't give into impatience, or others telling you "just do it", or "the property will eventually cash flow or appreciate".
