What you SHOULD do... is think about how you can use all that money you spend for more than just one end goal.What if when you spend that money, you don't just ask people if they want to sell their house and after that you are gone... instead find a way to ALSO build your company, your reputation, your authority in this space, your web presence.Example...By just putting the link of your website, your Instagram, your YouTube channel etc. etc. now you didn't spend an extra cent YET you also drove traffic to those channels making you more trust worthy and more credible.That is personally why I think DMM is one of the worst ideas ever.

That said, to get your first deal, and fast, do what ever that can get you one, AS LONG as you have a credible website to drive your traffic to with your marketing (DMM, Cold Calling etc.. budget).ONLY when you have a credible website ... only then should you start actually marketing!
