If you contact a realty and the agent they pass you to is investment illiterate, move on to the next.

If you are able to I would find a mentor as well and this will ultimately help speed up the process of learning.

The mortgage does not show up in my credit report because it is not connected to my name at all.I guess what that comes down to is the question of: does being on title for any mortgaged property count against a maximum of 10?
