My business partner and I are finding a lot of off market properties in the Kitsap County area: Bremerton, Belfair, Port Orchard, Poulsbo, Silverdale, Kingston, and the surrounding areas.

So pretty much I'm looking for a lender in Minnesota, Saint Cloud, areas that might be able to help me out, or someone that is looking to sell their apartment building in the Saint Cloud or surrounding areas.

Oklahoma City and Tulsa Metro and surrounding areas are great, and our property taxes are very low here.

Surround yourself with like minded people.

This is mostly due to being surrounded by awesome people who make up our team.

They will look into the tank, surrounding area,  the diverter box for the drain field, etc. 

However, paying attention to your surrounding communities and the proposals that are being thrown back and forth can always lead to some ideas; as well as, give you better understanding if plans look to be moving forward.

As real estate investors, you need a tax professional who is on it and knows all about the tax laws surrounding real estate.

I think it depends on the project and the surrounding area.
