There is some possibility here; however, a rehab with a VA loan is difficult to pull off as the VA is very strict with their requirement to have a livable space.

I've bought and sold a # of firearms - some on auction sites and am familiar with the legal ways to sell in state and across state lines (though I do not know if your state has super strict regs or not - usually it's Cali that has a ton of extra restrictions on things which is why I'd never live there)
