@Tom Server In my area a garage parking space whether for storage or for a car commands a price of an additional $85-100 per month.

If all of the accountant user slots are in use, the "Invite" button will be grayed - but you should be able to delete one of the users.

Slot cutting will take a long time, so we are hoping that we can finish the foundation before the rainy season starts.

I ended up picking an hour time slot one evening, and told everyone who called to show up then.

Also, I know it is probably demanding, but keep that job as a server, that at least shows you earn income when trying to qualify for a loan.I think for generating income with use of your license, you should join a team in that area.

We have a couple of RV slots in north central texas that we are thinking of repurposing from long term to short term.
