I suspect you can find shovel ready lots in that market Lord knows there was thousands of them a few years back just sitting there..

I hauled just about everything in it like lumber, tools, appliances, snow shovels, a trampoline, kids, etc.I traded it for a slightly used Prius which saves me quite a bit of cash on my 60 mile commute to my W-2 (until I longer need it).

I am not saying that inside pet owners are necessarily responsible, but outside only pet owners almost always are, as they don't see the animal as a companion but as an object like a shovel or a lawnmower, just something for their use (I am not referring to genuine working dogs here like herders or sheepdog).

I have a few small multi's that need shoveling/snowblowing this upcoming season.
