The first time syndicators purchasing in PHX circa 2018-2019 are in the witness protection program and I wouldn't expect a call back anytime soon.I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news but if you invested in a PHX multifamily purchased in 2018-2019 then you are probably in for long and bumpy ride.

On our first property, we had some electrical issues that needed to be addressed - in retrospect, we got taken for ride by the electrician - yes, he did the work correctly, thankfully - but clearly overbilled for his time and took us for over a grand more than it should have cost based on our experience subsequently.
