As long as the new President does not screw it up Florida will continue to get a bunch of immigration and older people relocations.  

My business buys houses to fix and flip and to rent for cash flow so I personally like the "Real Estate Acquisition Specialist" but I also don't want to take attention away from the rental side of the business if that makes any sense...I've also looked at "CEO", "President" "Owner" but none of them look right to me.

I called the number and I had the chance to speak with Andrew Teller who was unaware of who PropertyGo was but later informed me that it is in fact a "legit" thing because Ted Kapnek (president of company) just started working with them.

If so, i don't think there will be much change as the president is simply a figure head with limited power.  

If you are old enough to remember the TV commercial that played 35 years ago you'll recognize the tag line enthusiastically thrown out there by some guy wearing a divot (as we used to call them), "I'm not just the President of Hair Club For Men, I am also a client!". 

The REIA President, Victor Jerrnigan, is one of the most knowledgeable people I have met since I started in this business and certainly knows all the ins and outs of Knoxville.
