Hi i am an investor in Houston TX i went to fort bend county auction for past 6 months and couldn't find any deal that BRRRR, i am still planing to keep going but had a doubt that i may be in a wrong path. what do you think would be the best way of finding BRRRR in Houston ?

I'm planing to turn the front unit into a restaurant for rent since the property is surrounding by residential and businesses but I'm wondering about environmental issue, in this case who can I talk to to make sure I can build a restaurant on this property before I made the purchase?

We planing to rent out this property in 1-2 years when we will be ready to buy another one.
