I wish I could keep the security deposit on everyone who listens to dub-step. 

My original goal was 10 houses in 10 years but it's come back a lot after listening to Chad Carson (The Small and Mighty RE Investor). 

Right now I'm educating myself as much as possible: reading every REI book I can get my hands on, listening to the BP podcast, I've attended one BP webinar.  

I wouldn't look that deep into it to be honest, if your buying headphones for your work station you don't need to document when your listening to music and when your on zoom.

I would never listen to a tenant as to where to place the AC. 

@Dominique Osborn spent hours with them on the phone and provided receipts on numerous occasions but it's still showing as "not" paid.Anyway, is anyone on here a tax lawyer or can anyone recommend one?
