I have cameras in place and a gated entry system that the call center can program remotely.

Now, with plenty of good sites and every person in the US having a camera in their pocket there is no reason deals can't be done without a traditional seller agent relationship.

Even a nanny gets paid for holding a little kids hand what would make an investor less worthy of getting paid than a nanny or someone of this type of occupation.

There are so many caveats, and I have so much I need to learn, so my first thought is to find a piece of property near deed restricted communities, something visible, and fence it in, add a remote gate and some cameras, and store boats, RV, cars, etc. 

Also put up a video camera to catch them tearing the fence down.

I have been down that road for live in nannies, and its not a fun pathway. 

Also her moving truck parked on my septic, because she took the stakes out that I put in to stop people from driving on the septic, so I had a camera run in the septic in case it had been damaged.

We have cameras and I'm very vigilant if they're locals or visiting a local person.
