Grass lawns will be a thing of the past already happening in Vegas  buy stock in a company that makes artificial turf they are going to have a field day in the coming years.. that stuff has been massively upgraded.. we even used it on the South side of Chicago recently its darn near Hood proof as well.

With all due respect to Joe, it is a huge mistake IMO to let them stay--too much liability and health and safety risk (they really should not even be in there without masks) involved and will massively slow down your remediation and repair process.
