I have decided that working in the Real Estate industry would enable me to provide for my family while also doing something that was exciting, profitable, and that I could rely on my own sweat equity to be successful!

I am really trying to figure out the best career route that will enable me financially to move quickly and wisely into the exciting world of REI.

In the event an applicant is rejected and reports me for an FHA violation I can prove I didn't even know the person was a convict, etc.If an applicant makes it this far and then a background check turns over a criminal history I will have to manually see if this history conflicts with having a legitimate and substantial effect on the community (e.g. a sex offender in an MHP full of families with little children is a non-starter for me).

My thought process in getting my license; it would enable me to have a leg up on the competition. 

I had hoped there was some sort of strategy to make this a legitimate  way to get started investing? 

That's why I wanted to know if it is possible and legitimate to do since I haven't done this before. 

I wouldn't give him the time of day let alone $7,000 to take a property from someone who has won a legitimate auction.Tell him to get a job and pay his bills next time.

But really I was enabling her, I was allowing her to be responsible on her own and grow as an independent person.
