It appears that rental income will not reduce SS benefits so long as your not a real estate dealer (not sure what means but I doubt I am such a dealer).

@Jonathan SantiagoFederal IRS determines "flipping" to be an active "dealer" where you are selling inventory (like any other sales activity) as opposed to a passive "investor" selling an investment property (like selling stock).

I have a quote from a local mobile home dealer that to get a new 3/2 single wide installed on a engineered pier foundation (the same foundation they use to get a double wide to qualify for conventional mortgages) would run me around $84,000.
