Corroded pipes under the kitchen sink that had a horrible taste and smell to the water, it was then that they offered to let us break our lease but arent being forthcoming with the deposit... which im assuming they spent quickly.

Horrible credit, no criminal and he has an eviction that was due to him being hospitlaized and no one paid the rent while he was in the hospital.

That being said, if you ARE in a rush - expiring lease, moving/relocating because of a job, horrible current living situation, etc. now can be a great time to find a deal due to low rates, properties sitting on the market, increased motivation from sellers...It comes down to your end goals and current situation.Best of luck to you moving forward!
