About 75 acres are buildable- some parts need more fill dirt. 

All US business require an employer identification number (E.I.N) from the IRS to support tax filling and reporting.

@Jeffrey Waicak it's fun, there's no doubt... but man, I have so little free time these days that I don't know I want to fill it with weed and video games.

You should have him fill out an information sheet and get a photo of his license either way.  

I only have them fill out a rental application and request the last two pay stubs.

Go over the documents your broker requires and fill them in as template forms.

The plan is to fill it shortly.

Though not a hot market, these apartments will fill up at decent rates.
