@Matthew McCarty At the beginning of my investing career, I was constantly looking at websites like Zillow and Redfin to see what houses are selling for so that I have a good feeling on the market I picked.

It really began to hit me then and I did feel intimidated.

The most compliments I always get on our house is that it's big enough for everyone to spread out and not feel like they're on top of each other.

Also people like to feel more important by having LLC or trusts to hide their identity.

Hope things are going well.I feel we are at an inflection point in lending.

Pricing has changed but J Scott's one of the smartest guys around and is one of the books I always feel comfortable recommending.

I feel like rates will come down over the next 6 months or so.Unless you find a screaming deal that you just can't pass up, then bide your time.

It just feels like I’ve been making a lot of short term sacrifices for long term gains and I have to be really diligent with money management. or I could also just try to borrow money for the renovation, and pay off the line of credit over time, but I feel like that really would limit me and if the stock market(my collateral) went down I could also see some trouble.
