Yep, listen to him to get out of consumer debt, but if you don't have millions of dollars in cash rolling in from books, endorsements, etc...like he does, you'll need to listen to other voices on real estate investing.

They can't and won't really endorse you as a solution, but they can suggest options and who might be able to contact that can help them.My phone rang from bankers and borrowers, in my area where I could meet with either or both to work things out.
