Looking for recommendations for property managers in San Antonio for small multi family properties. I would appreciate hearing both the good and the bad, so that I can go ahead and get right to the companies right away. Thanks in advanced for any help!

@Nilo Ignacio thanks for that information, and I will Drought Properties to my list to investigate and interview.

@Joseph T. Thank you for that info, and I will message you shortly to get more information about your experience so far with Hendricks.

@Jim Shonts That is a pretty solid endorsement, and I will definitely add them to the list to interview.

Has anyone had a good experience with any local commercial lenders for commercial multi family 5-12 units in San Antonio? Currently shopping around.
