The first property I ever purchased was a section 8 duplex in North Philadelphia.

I purchased my first duplex and have a question regarding existing tenants. 

I recently got engaged and my fiance's family own a few real estate properties that they are renting out (majority are condos in Columbia, SC and 1 in Florida).

I plan to work and save about $25,000-$35,000 for a down payment on a multi-family property (most likely a duplex) using an fha loan.

We were able to get a SFR and a duplex under contract last month and we will be closing on both properties in a couple of weeks, all thanks to Chris!  

Rented a condo on a trip.

The financing was secured by another property but now I’m trying to pull equity out of the mobile home property to free up equity in my duplex for future deals.
