You ARE providing value to your traffic if they can easily and clearly and without a doubt see what your business is about.Here is some proof.If what I was saying was wrong, I would not be featured all over the first page when I type in my keyword stuffed URL.Not just being first but Google devotes a HUGE Block of space on the right hand site of the search.

I have not been able to devote as much as I would like to this but some of my other work tends to pay a little better :)However, I have attached another verison with some minor changes that I noticed while going through the model myself.

I pretty much have to devote most of my time into school.

I guess I'm going to have to find a way to devote more time to it as investing is definitely one of my goals. 

No --- I pay people to do that for us - we have too many houses and commercial properties for me to visit each one - as an investor - our time is much more valuable - why do something a $15-$20,00 an hour pro can do - investors need to devote their time to negotiating transactions, making offers and closing deals - I no longer fix stuff in properties.

However, we'd probably need to mortgage our flips, at least at first, and devote our family members' loans to rehab.Good idea?
