They don't inspect inside the residence, but they inspect the perimeter of all the homes to see if there are weeds, desert grasses and brush that create a fire hazard.The city does NOT charge to do the inspection.

The area west of the I-10 and north of the 101 is great because of its freeway proximity (people coming in from California) and is about 5 minutes to Westgate and Camelback Ranch and Desert Diamond Casino and probably 10-15 minutes from the golf courses in Litchfield Park.Glendale is proposing a new PAD across the freeway from the Cardinals Stadium that should be a big deal if it goes through.

aNtiquated platted maps are all over CA and there are literally a million of them .. most get traded back and forth at tax sales.. think the high desert outside of LA basin.all along the coast of CA.. like this.. 

I will assume you are talking about an infill lot (vacant SFR property with houses on each side and down the street) and not a new development where you will have to put in utilities, streets, gutters, etc.Prices range all over the board and building right now in Hesperia could be a tad dangerous given our market conditions here in So Cal with Hesperia being far out there in the desert.

It was in Central Oregon which is high desert country.  

People, please be careful in selection anyone out in the High Desert to build.
