if so,b) what have your your results been like of the past 30 - 90 days?

But he stuck with me I had a 1 mil credit line that they kept in place so I could make money it was on 90 day extensions for 3 years :( but if they had not done that I would have had to give them the keys back on a few commercial buildings I ate 250k negative cash flow on those buildings to make sure the bank got all their money..

They will only be there a few days.

I will be serving a 10 day notice of non-payment of rent and read partial payments could be accepted without waiving right to terminate if the agreement is made in writing.

The provider I am using allows for 60 days of continued coverage once construction. 

@Kevin Collins you are asking for advice and I am taking time out of my day to actually give you a different view point in an attempt to help and assist you but you are upset it doesn't quite conform and confirm your thoughts in the way you expected. 

But one thing I see is when your ready to hang it up one better have ZERO debt .I once asked a bizz partner of mine when he thought he could stop his day job.. 

On the flip side the clients I fund in my land deals are doing very very well in the foothill subdivision 50 miles or so west of the springs.. but thats the land game buy low sell high.. cant wholesale that stuff it needs to go on MLS to marketed and turn around time is generally 90 to 180 days but nice margins for my clients ..
