I believe it is the 9th largest hospital in the country and 2/1 properties that are ideal for MTR can be found in good locations for around $200k.

We have saw some of the least amount of impact relative to the rest of the country in 2020 and 2008 just because the demand is so high here.

@Leslie Beia As @Travis Biziorek stated, flipping in Detroit is a bit different then many other areas of the country - but, that means there's plenty of opportunitues!

Legally, it's mostly like renting by the room so there are no extra hoops to jump through in 90% of the country.

I agree there may be times to lower the rent, but in my cities, county and generally state I have found that to be rare   Other parts of the country have different economic, real estate and supply & demand situations.Ultimately it is the market, laws & condition that determine what rent is appropriate and what the community will accept.
