One - LLC doesn't protect against negligence or fraudulent activity. 

Failing to report a debt could be considered fraudulent and could negatively impact your credit and ability to obtain future loans.

It is fraudulent to adjust the rent down on the lease and then have the tenant pay a higher amount "off the books".

I'm trying to bolster my lease documents to make sure the expectations are clearly communicated upfront to combat.

As long as the politicians in DC insist on funding nonsense like $500k to study cocaine use in quails, $3 million to watch hamsters fight, or $48 billion on unnecessary or fraudulent medical claims, I won't bat an eyelash on giving them as little money as possible.

If they really wanted to combat energy usage.

The reason we have so many fraudulent applicants is because Landlords refuse to learn the law and stand up to them.The law is clear: online certificates do not qualify.

(Like fraudulent submission.)You could look up permits online usually and see what was permitted.
