Getting out of Laundry Contracts

Looking for anyone with experience getting out of a laundry service contract.

It seems bizarre that these contracts can lawfully follow owners.

I have spoken to a rep from the laundry company and he shared that if units have the option of having an in house washer and dryer then the contract would not be valid.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!!

yes i have dealt with a few over the years.  generally they are 10 years long or so.  you have to time it right.  On one they were getting so little revenue off of it that they agreed to end it early.  You can also start being more demanding on the machines and how they are maintained and the quality of machine they give you.  Some of the larger companies that do it are very unorganized so you can often get out of it.
