What are we supposed to do with tenants in the service industry who are now out of jobs due to state sanctions regarding bars and resteraunts being shut down?

We do need to shut down the entire country now though.

I would think they should be scheduling them for May and then if we are still shut down they could be rescheduled for June but thats what we are seeing here in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas.. 

Flash forward to Monday and the mania around Covid-19 resulted in the City shutting down all offices for the entire week.

Note that as a practical matter, many of the courts are shutting down virtually all court activities.

Here on the West Coast it appears that it's "omg shut EVERYTHING down, shelter in place."

Also hit it hard now when your state is shut down. 

That raises another problem: the Courts in my state are shut until April 1, and while that may not affect me in the near future it certainly will if this goes into May or June.

The entire country is slowly shutting down.

Every waiter / waitress can now see about being a delivery driver or helping - it's temporary but really, we can't shut down the economy.
