I could be wrong but I have been in insurance for a long time and have never heard of an entire breed being banned. 

Although Prescott city would like to ban them, currently they cannot.

The proliferation of short-term rental bans fits into this category.If you favor fairness to property owners in general, you'll vote "no."

I'm sure you know that Crystal River passed a city ordinance banning short term rentals (however, you still see them up and running frequently) but Weeki Wachee and Homosassa can also be great places to invest, because of the amount of waterfront properties, there, too.

Or maybe you're in a foreign country where Uber/Lyft have not launched or banned by law - for now, but in all practicality, the taxi industry is dead compared to what it was in 2010.
