This is my problem not the yellow letter's fault.As I was writing the previous post----flying through it way too fast----I forgot to mention a dear BP acquaintance that I admire and respect.

I admire anyone who has taken action within this community and am here to let you know I'l be joining you amongst the ranks.

I think your ambition at such a young age is admirable.

I reduce my own negative tendencies or worries by hiring people with attitudes I admire.

His outlines has improved many lives - so I admire him and I'm inspired to create something that helps others build wealth as well.

(Ps I absolutely admire your work and BP has completely changed my life!

I can't recommend enough getting out there and learning as you do each deal and also networking, connecting with mentors, good coaches, podcasts, books, or working for someone you admire in the business.  

However, while I was succumbing to shiny object syndrome (admiring the fancy new kitchen, new hardware, and beautifully tiled bathrooms), my agent was crawling around in the basement crawlspaces, collecting cobwebs and assessing the plumbing.
