One day, some genius will wave a wand (Re: Years of thinking and planning) to permanently solve this problem.

Other than waving at me while I am there and maybe offering water, the tenants let me go about my business.One of the properties we purchased, a duplex, had it in their leases that the tenants were to take care of the lawn (both leases) and snow removal.

I wouldn't get into too much of a hurry for HQ2; there's only going to be ~600 jobs in the first wave of hiring.

On the other hand something like Wave is a pretty simple accounting system, but again it's not specific to real estate but it's a damn site easier to use that some of the more complex generic ones.

Those lucky few who recognize this will be on the wave and the rest will be left behind.  

I wanted something with NO bunk beds and NO loft that overlooks the living area that is considered a bedroom (no privacy or sound prevention) also was hoping to find something with A/C, which most people say you don't need, but we spent a week in Yosemite 2 years ago and sleeping was difficult with the extreme heat wave that went through when we were there.
