Try not to take it personally - you have to think and to paraphrase all the old mobster movies - "it's business, not personal."

In my area there are a ton of movie companies that rent houses.

I do it myself unprofessionally using microsoft movie maker.

The movies and Netflix specials make fun of the stereotype but we mainly have blue collar handymen and handywomen that take pride in their homes!  

But I also know how important good wifi and TV/movies are for visitors. 

The schools in the city are the best in the state and nation, so demand was already high, but now a huge movie studio has opened up in the county which has put incredible demands on the rental market here, as well as the housing market. 

Bottom line people are using my place for the beach they watch TV for a couple hours and go to bed no one has ever complained about television and when you're on vacation who cares what's going on in the rest of the world LOL but it's the truth no one has ever complained as long as they can watch a movie with kids they're good.

On a visit to a spec investment in a failed Pulte Homes subdivision in Kissimmee, Florida, I had the feeling I was on a movie set in an alternate reality.

@Ryan E.Hi Ryan.I really need to have 3 major projects within my target area that is about to start or has started already.As an example, I bought in the Clinton Hill/Fort Greene Area starting in the year 2003 in Brooklyn.There were 3 major projects that were being developed very close. 1) The Barclay's Arena 2) the rebuilding of the World Trade Centers and 3) Steiner Movie Productions in the Navy Yard.All are multi-Billion Dollar projects.

I'm one of those wierdos who will not eat out alone or go to the movies alone.
