Hello,I am in the market to purchase a duplex in Gulfport, MS and was wondering if anyone had any recommendations on homeowners insurance agencies/companies that you worked with in the past.From what I’ve seen, the best quote I’ve received so far for a DP-3 policy is ~$1800/year.

It would be really great if this person was licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi.

First question: What is your relationship to Ms.

The point of investing is about your future, so unless you’re working with an agent who ms an investor as well, you guys will be on different pages.
