I am thinking Korea Town, for it's access to transit and it's obviously large Korean community.

and or do the dishes  which this  did not have a dishwasher so we left 4 coffee mugs in the sink LOL. 

As far as appliances I don't allow dish washers or washers and dryers.

@Laurie Chimento I rent a fully furnished apartment down to the linens on the beds and dishes in the cupboard by the semester and I often have parents who are paying the rent and need to sign as co-signers.

I discussed with my partner and dished the idea that he would come up with the down payment and get the loan and I'd cover closing costs and be the property manager while living in one of the units.

If they get a buyer call or email, if they have time to even deal with it, they'll dish it off to a buyers agent in their firm.

Or is it like DISH network and they have you on the hook for min. 2 years?

By the way...chicken is more of a side-dish when it comes to KC BBQ.

We supplied a vacuum, dish soap, detergent, laundry soap and big bottles of $1 store bottles... and gave them the option of daily, twice weekly, and monthly room service.

And we would even go on BBQ field trips, such as to Lockhart, etc.My favorite BBQ dish in Austin is Brontosaurus Platter (of beef ribs) at The County Line.
