Curious as to what would be some of the advantages of running social media accounts (Facebook and Instagram), as a Brrrr or Buy and hold investor?

I'm not familiar with the area, so I don't know if it would be close to you, but I've seen him post about the meetup on his Instagram page.  

As @James Masotti and @Anthony Susco mentioned, I run the SJ BP meet ups, @SJREIG on insta.

I am interested in SEO, Websites like Lead Propeller, Investor Carrot, or Doing it myself (I have an IT Background and done my own Word Press Site before), Facebook and Instagram Marketing, Google Pay Per Click, and Email Campaigns. 

We want to see how upkept the property is and if not it may just be a tell tale sign this is how they do business

I posted this on my Instagram and figured I would share it here also for any Seattle, Tacoma, etc. investors!

Hopefully, this post can serve as a helpful cautionary tale to anyone considering a tenant who appeared to be OK at the outset, and one the landlord did their due diligence on, but ultimately has become a pain in the butt and liability.

When would a seller only want to market on Instagram and not MLS?

Hey BP, my 2nd floor tenant ran their boiler dry and didn't let me know until I saw an instagram story of them trying to get it going again.
