Hi Sandra, I think that the CVS is located in a great and busy intersection (it is the perfect spot for homeless ppl asking for donations, though).

We chose not to rebuild, paid off the small amount still owed on the property, donated the vacant lot to the local Economic Development Corporation and bought a new property in Scottsdale.

@Don Konipol, How do you donate an asset for a dollar amount when there's no dollars changing hands?
