Rent controls don't work rent control programs lead to abuse and poor property maintenance when there is no incentive to keep them up

With housing providers unable to base rents on actual costs, many will be unable to properly maintain their buildings. Some will be COMPLETELY NEGLECTED and fall into DISREPAIR and abandonment

So if you own a home or are in any OC or LA neighborhood where they wish to increase rent controls please consider fighting it or writing to local city representatives!

This is a group of small property owners and workers fighting AGAINST Rent Control http://www.betterhousingforlongbeach.com/

I've been donating to them to fight it
