Asian interest in U.S. commercial real estate is surging.Driven by the globalization of the commercial real estate asset class, along with much more mobile Asian investment money from high prices and low yields at home, a rising tide of foreign real estate funds is heading for U.S. shores.

I'm part of a group of ladies investors called Flipping Females and we have been approached by quite a few TV producing companies who are pitching our group to national TV channels like HGTV, TLC etc...

This is a decrease from my initial goal as I have decided to hold out for more profitable deals this year. 2) Build 1 new construction project. 3) Acquire 4 rental units that cash flow a minimum of $300/unit4) Mentor 1 new investor and help them complete their first profitable deal5) Acquire 2 new private money lenders for a total of $200k in investor funds6) Have my company featured in the local news7) Be interviewed 3 times and build my reputation as an expert in my real estate niche.8) Streamline and automate 30% of my daily business operations9) Be in the position for my company to donate $10,000 to a charity/organization 10) Stop simply talking about it and finally take my girl backpacking in Asian and EuropeSimple, measurable, attainable, reviewable, and time bound goals.

Then I discovered that NACA likes to sue banks for social justice type reasons - "This Latino with a 590 FICO score had a higher rate than that Asian woman with an 800 FICO, ergo you are racist" type things.

My partner and I are both females and we show all of our units ourselves.

Would this have even happened if the person drilling out the locks had been a white man or an attractive white female?

Not only are we both Asians... but even our last names are very similar!

I represent both buyers and sellers in Residential mainly in the Asian communities and mostly buyers in Commercial Real Estate.
