I placed a bid on a short sale on dec.5th the bank (indymac) did the BPO right away and said they had all they needed, on the 19th, and to give them 30days. realitor called them on tuesday jan. 20th and they said give them 14 more days. wed jan. 21st the banks sent a Purchaser Eligibility certification.
