Am I getting closer? or just another stall?
I placed a bid on a short sale on dec.5th the bank (indymac) did the BPO right away and said they had all they needed, on the 19th, and to give them 30days. realitor called them on tuesday jan. 20th and they said give them 14 more days. wed jan. 21st the banks sent a Purchaser Eligibility certification. I am filling that out today to be sent back to the bank.
Question: AM I ALMOST THERE? or does it mean nothing?
My offer has expiered on the 6th of january, Im trying to get into a house by march 1st. is it possible or dougtful on this short sale or should I move on?
Thanks
Alot
