I have 7 rentals in romeoville, the village makes it tough on landlords.

On the city owned properties, they were shared with me by the Village Administrator for the city.  

What is your opinion of investing in homes that are close to the Rockwater Village area in North Little Rock? 

They are Harvey (45 percent), Robbins (37 percent), Dixmoor (36 percent), Riverdale (34 percent), Phoenix (33 percent), Chicago Heights (27 percent), Sauk Village (25 percent), Markham (23 percent), Dolton (22 percent), Burnham (21 percent) and Calumet Park (20 percent).Another 21 Cook County suburban communities have property tax delinquency rates of more than 10 percent; 17 are in the south suburbs.

In need of ~15 smoke detectors and nearly as many CO detectors to meet the village code.

I've done my research and it seems as there is no state or village law that I can find saying they can't smoke in their own unit even if it affects the health and quality of life of other occupants.I spoke with the other owners and they are 100% on board with taking action with me.

If you want stable performing properties, then you can buy in the University, city center (Victorian Village, German Village, Schumacher Place), Northeast, or Northwest portion of Columbus.

I built out a brand new, high tech office, in the heart of Carlsbad Village.

However, we were upzoned to LR1 last year, into the Crown Hill Urban Village, along with the adjacent block.
