If I were renting out a place where I live (Encinitas) instead of where I invest it would be granite or quartz all the way because that's what the ecosystem looks for out here.

The economics of cryptos are not viable on a large scale within the global commerce ecosystem we have built and it's just another Tulipmania-esque manic episode in market history.

I have a loving spouse, 3 wonderful kids, no health problems, a vibrant spiritual life as a Christian, a positive attitude, and we give generously to several charities that touch our lives. 

I live in a suburb of NYC and I’d love to see it back to its vibrant self.

The whole doom preaching based of tunnel vision of a singular fact removed of the entire eco-system as a whole, this is how we get panicked actions which result in financial loss.

So if you notice there is a difference here between a rapidly innovating and disrupting tech ecosystem model we have here in Silicon Valley versus what we have in the great city of Detroit where we had 3 automobile giants who refused to innovate.So I will buy into the bubble and the recession but I don’t think that the DNA of the valley matches the DNA of Detroit as a fair comparison.
